Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Healing Tatva, we are committed to offering you a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Cancellation, Refund, and Return Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipment

  • You may cancel your order before it has been shipped for a full refund.

  • To cancel, please email us at kpsychservices@gmail.com with your order details.

Cancellation After Shipment

  • Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • If you no longer wish to receive the package, you may refuse delivery. In such cases, a refund will be processed after deducting the shipping charges.


2. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).

  • The item is lost in transit and not delivered.

  • Your order is canceled before it is shipped.

Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

  • Personalized, customized, or clearance sale items.

  • Delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or force majeure events.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after verification.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (bank details will be required).


3. Return & Exchange Policy

  • If eligible, you may request a replacement or exchange instead of a refund.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with packaging intact.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to an error from our side.


4. How to Request a Refund, Return, or Exchange

  • Email us at kpsychservices@gmail.com with your order details and clear photos/videos of the issue.

  • For crystal products, information along with pictures and an opening video must be shared on the same day of delivery; pickup will be arranged within 3–5 days.

 

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

  • If approved, we will initiate the refund, replacement, or provide further instructions for the return.
